 ORIENTACIONES GENERALES PARATENER EN CUENTA DURANTE EL PERIODO DE VACACIONES:

1. ATENCIÓN EN SALUD EN LAS DIFERENTES REGIONES DEL PAÍS:

2. Las vacaciones podrían verse interrumpidas por situaciones ajenas al empleado. Si esto sucede, el empleador tiene la obligación de compensar el tiempo al empleado. Código Sustantivo del Trabajo: ARTICULO 188. INTERRUPCION. Si se presenta interrupción justificada en el disfrute de las vacaciones, el trabajador no pierde el derecho a reanudarlas.

Situaciones que pueden interrumpir el disfrute de las vacaciones:

- Enfermedad

- Parto o aborto

- Licencia por luto, etc...
